Optimal WHEYZULTZ are in need of a solid training regimen, clean eating, proper rest, and of course supplements can help. Everyone is different, but I believe we all should take in the right amount of protein, amino acids, and a lil caffeine to adequately ATTACK EVERY SET. EVERY REP. EVERY DAY. But hey, thats just my opinion.
